This presentation examines the fragmentation of student careers and the impact of the Bologna Process on pathway diversity in the EU. Using a rich database, it tracks students’ education and employment statuses over six years, categorizing trajectories and analyzing their links to background factors and early labor market success. The study’s long-term approach is unique in the region.
