(2016) emphasize, dynamic capabilities are essential for organizations to manage risk and uncertainty in rapidly changing environments. To remain competitive, organizations must constantly pivot and innovate as they navigate these shifts. The root of many crises lies in deeply ingrained structural vulnerabilities within global systems. Williams et al. (2017) highlight the convergence of economic downturns, natural disasters, and other disruptive events, underscoring the urgent need for organizations to establish resilience frameworks that allow them to absorb shocks while maintaining stability.
